नागपूर, दि. 22 : युवकांना राज्य शासनासोबत काम करण्याची संधी देणाऱ्या मुखमंत्री फेलोशिप कार्यक्रमाची अर्ज प्रक्रिया सुरु झाली असून, विद्यार्थ्यांना 2 मार्च 2023 पर्यंत अर्ज करता येणार आहे. राज्याच्या विकासात योगदान देण्याची इच्छा असणाऱ्या तरुण व होतकरू मुलामुलींना या कार्यक्रमात सहभागी होण्याचे आवाहन मुख्यमंत्री एकनाथ शिंदे व उपमुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस यांनी केले आहे.
युवकांना प्रशासनासोबत काम करण्याचा अनुभव देत त्यांच्यातील ऊर्जा, धाडस, कल्पकता आणि तंत्रज्ञानातील गती यांचा उपयोग करून प्रशासकीय प्रक्रियांना गती देणे, नाविन्यपूर्ण संकल्पना राबविणे हा मुख्यमंत्री फेलोशिप कार्यक्रमाचा उद्देश आहे. या कार्यक्रमाच्या माध्यमातून युवकांनाही धोरण निर्मिती, नियोजन, कार्यक्रमां
मुख्यमंत्री फेलोशिप 2023 साठी अर्ज करण्यासाठी वय 21 ते 26 वर्षे, ६० टक्के गुणांसह पदवी व एक वर्षाचा कामाचा अनुभव असे किमान निकष आहेत. ऑनलाईन परीक्षा, निबंध व मुलाखत अशा त्रिस्तरीय चाचणीच्या माध्यमातून गुणवत्तेच्या आधारे उमेदवारांची निवड केली जाईल. आलेल्या अर्जांमधून 60 युवक मुख्यमंत्री फेलो म्हणून निवडले जातील. वरिष्ठ अधिकाऱ्यांच्या मार्गदर्शनाखाली राज्य शासनाच्या विविध विभाग व राज्यभरातील विविध कार्यालयांमध्ये हे फेलो वर्षभर काम करतील.
आयआयटी, मुंबई व आयआयएम, नागपूर हे या कार्यक्रमाचे अकॅडेमिक पार्टनर आहेत. या दोन्ही संस्थांद्वारे सार्वजनिक धोरणासंबंधातील विविध विषयांचा अभ्यासक्रम फेलो पूर्ण करतील. त्यासाठी त्यांना आयआयटी, मुंबई व आयआयएम, नागपूर यांचेकडून स्वतंत्र पदव्युत्तर पदविका प्रमाणपत्र देण्यात येईल.

Chief Minister Fellowship २०२३ – last date of application is २nd March
The application process for the Chief Minister Fellowship Program commences, The program offers a unique opportunity to youth to work with the government. The last date for the application is 2nd March 2023. Chief Minister Mr. Eknath Shinde and Deputy Chief Minister Mr. Devendra Fadnavis have appealed to the budding youth to participate in the program and contribute to the development of the state .
The objective of the Chief Minister Fellowship Program is to offer youth an opportunity to work with government administration and to utilise their energy, courage, creativity and techno savviness to give momentum to the administrative processes and to implement the innovative initiatives. The program offers the youth an important experience in policy making, planning and implementation. It helps them in broadening their knowledge and exposure. The Chief Minister Fellowship Program was implemented during the period 2015 to 2020, after which it was discontinued. Now considering the public demand for the program, it is being relaunched again.
Age between 21 to 26 years, graduation with minimum 60% marks and full time work experience of a year are the basic criteria for the application. The fellows are selected on the basis of merit through on-line examination, essays and personal interviews. 60 candidates will be selected as CM Fellows from the received applications. They will work with various departments and offices of the government under the guidance of senior officers.
IIT Bombay and IIM Nagpur are the academic partners of the Chief Minister Fellowship 2023. The fellows will be required to complete the curriculum on various aspects of public policy designed by these two organisations, for which they will receive a Post Graduate Diploma Certificate from IIT Bombay or IIM Nagpur.
